When I was a loan processor, I was the person responsible for submitting your mortgage documents to the underwriter for final approval. There is a lot of paperwork that is associated with loans and I was the one double-checking all of it. Needless to say I know how to make your 'financial story' sound good (and get you approved).

Today, I work as a CMA and Loan Officer, which means on top of evaluating, authorizing and recommending loans, I advise my clients on how to use mortgage debt to build sustainable, lifelong wealth (through means such as: mortgage backed securities, treasuries, and bonds).
